The rules for using Appear, keeping servers safe, and understanding what the service can and cannot promise.
By adding Appear to a server, authorizing it as an app, or using its commands, you agree to use it responsibly and follow Discord's rules.
You are responsible for the actions taken by your account, your server staff, and any configuration changes made in your server.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law, whichever is higher.
If we learn that Appear is being used by someone below the required age, access may be restricted and related data may be removed.
Do not use Appear for spam, raids, harassment, automated abuse, attempts to disrupt infrastructure, or activity that violates Discord's terms.
Do not exploit bugs, bypass limits, impersonate staff, or use Appear to harm other users, servers, or services.
Appear may change, pause, remove, or update features when needed for safety, reliability, maintenance, or product direction.
The bot is provided as-is. We try to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise every feature will always be available or error-free.
Appear's code, branding, design, website, and feature concepts remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute Appear's service or assets without permission.
Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if these terms are violated or if activity creates risk for Appear, Discord, or other users.
Some terms may continue to apply after access ends, including ownership, limitation of liability, and enforcement-related provisions.
